Ugh insomnia is SO real today. Any tips for getting through a bad bought of it?

Yes, CBD or weed. Counter-intuitively, don’t drink alcohol it makes you wake up more during the night. I’ve heard some of the meditation apps have sleepscapes that work well. If you’re waking up worrying, trying writing down everything that is going through your mind. Do some strenuous exercise during the earlier part of the day. Hope that helps. If all else fails, trazadone is a non-narcotic prescription sleep aid. It won’t keep you asleep (it doesn’t knock you out all night) but it will get you to sleep.

Ha. I wanted to suggest that, but I waited to see if people provided other paths. But yes, when I find myself waking up (and staying up) at 2am for weeks, it’s my edibles that get me back into a healthy sleep pattern.

I’m at the point of implosion mentally. Thinking of taking a stress leave but (1) not sure if that qualifies as a medical leave (2) if it does, NY law caps the pay at like a fraction of what I make. I don’t care to get my full income, and I’m ok taking a hit but I’d like to at least be able to cover some living costs while I do. That said, open enrollment is coming up. Does adding supplemental short term disability cover things like mental health leaves of absence?

Any clue how much I can expect my body/bump to grow between 8w3d and 12w3d? I am small (5’4 115lbs) and so far have not gained any weight but my once mostly flat stomach is already not flat anymore and I have a tiny bump under my belly button. I need to figure out a dress for my work holiday party in 4 weeks. I don’t know if I will be able to wear my normal size if the dress has some room in the lower belly or if I will be bigger all over (even in the rib cage area) and will need a bigger size.

There has to be a way to restrict access on a worksheet so that only specific cells can be edited.

No matter how many times I’ve tried to automate and simplify generating reports to just inputting data into specific highlighted boxes, someone just have to try to edit a completely different cell then asking why the worksheet is “broken.”
