Have you tried the combo of unisom and B6? That and motion sickness bands helped me… I was nauseous until week 20.
My acupuncturist said those are only good for short term relief, not meant to be worn all day. I got mine on Amazon.
I was in a similar boat through about week 14. The thing that helped the most was keeping a sleeve of crackers with me at all times and eating a few every hour.
Thanks. I will do this

I was miserable week 8 - week 15. What helped was saltines, snacks, Prego pop drops, ginger pills, soda.
That 8 and 9 week stretch was the worst!! I'm almost 13 weeks now and feel almost normal again. It'll be here for you soon!

Crackers, animal crackers, chips were my go-to to keeping something on my stomach. I found constantly trying to snack on those to help. Also hard candies to suck on, OJ to sip, and then mint or ginger tea was on deck.

I walked down the grocery aisles looking for anything that sounded slightly appealing and threw it in the cart. The things I read said to try and constantly snack to ward off the nausea, and I took that to heart buying half the snack aisle. But I was lucky that I never actually threw up, just heavy nausea.
Oh and applesauce! That was my go-to thing to grab at 4am when I woke up nauseous.
I’m exactly where you are and feeling miserable… hope you find some relief soon !
Hang in there. Ugh
This too shall pass
I found eating regularly helped me to fight the nausea. Like other said, always keeping crackers on hand was key. I ate as soon as I woke up and pretty continuously throughout the day.

Awesome thanks. That’s also good insight- I think this makes sense. Getting hungry just makes me feel sick! So I think more regular small meals/ snacks might be better
