The people who designed the comp structure weren't as smart as the ones who gamed it.
Op: 99% of employees not involved in this, are above board and do what's right. That says a lot about our steward culture. Perhaps you should examine JPMC high employee turnover rates first before throwing rocks...that says a lot about your culture. Anyway, moving on.
