Didn't have top grades, wasn't on law review. Worked at a midsize firm and was laid off in march-- have about 3 years experience in a hot practice area. Have been applying and had some interviews at larger shops but nothing has come of it. Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭

Any idea how I should prepare for this round? Or what kind of case study it will be?

Starting to realize that conflict really exacerbates my anxiety. Even the hint of a conflict or assumed conflict. For example I am exchanging email with someone and there is a lot of back and forth going on. The other person may not even perceive this as conflict, but my anxiety is shooting up. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer?
