Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? I've worked for a while as a L5, just recently got an L4 role. I tried to negotiate the offer but that went nowhere.

Yes, UA pays are crap. i was offered a $150k for a super tech heavy role . When i questioned that, the recruiter came back saying they have excellent benefits. It's also one of the reason why they have revolving doors when it comes to attrition.
