How do I get better at editing? I feel like I’m always missing really small stuff. Spell check is not the problem. It’s more repeated words or missing words. Sometimes a comma. The partner tells me to line edit, but it gets a little difficult when you edit your own work several times. I also have tried to print out my work. Sometimes it helps, but I do not always have access to a printer. Any tips?

Any security certification from a reputed org is good, if the goal is to establish credentials with minimal experience. Just know your foundations, that’s all you need to change jobs

If you were to do it all over, what is the most efficient way to become a “master” at case interviewing? Read each MBA program’s consulting club’s case books? Then practice? If yes, is there any specific order/sequence of case types to prepare for?

One risk I observe (not in BCG but externally): People conflating DEI initiatives with “wokeness”. Criticizing and trying to shut down the latter would impact the former and hurt progress.
