United
For the United guys, why? I'm aa, but considering a status match with united
Does AA have the flight change perk for gold (or equivalent) members and up? Basically you can change your flight within 24 hours without fees provided you can get the same fare class
I was loyal USAir due to convenience/routes and now fly AA 75% of the time. Personally I think both AA and UA suck and that delta is the only major carrier investing to step up its game.
I remember when many ORD based UA fliers bailed for AA a few years ago due to UA’a dismal operational performance. Did they really turn it around that much?
United dominates AA.
All airlines suck.
Agree with P2, pick whichever is convenient for you and is within your budget.
That perk is amazing
That perk from United is nice. Also, United allows you to choose premium economy seats even for regional flights if you have gold.
Points redemption is also MUCH easier on United.
And their boarding process doesn't involve huddling around the gate and pushing past people in Group 6.
AA’s been good to me flying out of ORD (and I haven’t had much trouble finding SAAver awards, clearing SWUs, or getting complimentary upgrades on domestic routes) but it’s probably pretty similar either way you choose.
