How do you find recipes?
Both are different types of workouts, Barre is low intensity and OTF is high intensity. It comes down to what you enjoy in the end to have sustainable results paired with quality nutrition and calorie deficit. I imagine OTF burns more calories, but you may want to eat more or feel hungrier because of this.

It depends what outcome you’re trying to achieve and what you prefer.
OTF seem to be more cardio / strength based whereas barre is more sculpting / lean muscle building.
Do you have the option to mix and match?
I used to do 5-6 days a week (several years ago) of barre, boxing, spin and reformer Pilates (as VP1 said - you do the one(s) that you enjoy the most.
That helped me to incorporate the cardio (boxing / spin) with the ability to get lean / sculpted (barre / Pilates) without getting bored.
Body was in the best shape. back then.
What do you want to do with your body / what do you enjoy?
I'd go with OTF if those are your goals. Barre is great but will sculpt rather than transform
