Unpopular Opinion: SPAC’s are making the market overvalued and will lead us to another crash like the Dot Com bubble. Ridiculously high valuations, usually investments in unprofitable risky companies, bypassing important SEC regulations, higher incentive for fraud. If there’s fraud case, market is gunna tank imo, and SEC going to come in and increase regulations. Let’s debate if you disagree.

What is it about Palantir that gets people so excited? I think they are in a good niche but it doesn’t seem like their tech is necessarily a differentiator. I think that there is a lot of value in both their data and their relationships but I don’t know how they have leverage these.
