I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

I need some thoughts on what to ask for a starting salary. My background is ten years in tech support, and currently Lead Graphic Designer for my department with about four years of graphic design behind that. I also just finished my master's degree in Human Computer Interaction design (and was among the top in my class). I thought $80k as an absolute minimum ask but considering my credentials and education I really don't want to undersell myself. I'd appreciate thoughts on the matter.
