Up for manager and all my managers and SMs are white guys that I feel speak down to me constantly and our partners are more respectful and appreciative of my contributions to projects than they are even though I make their lives dramatically easier. What to do?

How do you respond to an email where someone introduces you to another attorney for mentoring purposes? I'd like to reply back thanking the person making the introduction and asking the new attorney if they have availability to tell me more about x, y,z, but she hasn't actually agreed to even talk to me yet, so it feels overly forward. Am I overthinking this?

I manage a team and one of my employees has gotten accused of something that I'm really not sure that he did. There's no proof.
