I'm having trouble jumping to other firms. I'm HCM certified and have 1 YOE in workday and 6 months of HR outsourcing experience. I dont have any other certifications because my firm doesn't like to pay for them if they dont need someone else in that module, which is a reason why I want to leave.
I'm not sure what to do because it seems like the market too saturated for HCM, cause the firms always tell me they want FINs, Payroll, or Integ or a specified HCM module like Comp and Ben.
I am so tired of these mentorship initiatives. Some leader came up with these programs that give them a ton of credits for adding value to the firm at the expense of others’ time and efforts. Yes, they are imperative. We have so much on our plates already and these extra hours add up quickly.

I have an group presentation/interview next week with about 10 people at the same time. I’m working on the presentation portion but could use some suggestions of questions to ask in a group setting. They’re giving me 5-10 minutes to ask the team questions. Everyone from people in my position to the CEO will be on the call. At this point I’ve already interviewed with some of these people separately and asked the really specific questions. Any ideas what kind of questions I should ask?
