UPST was a hidden gem that I completely missed. Any other such stocks undervalued and ready to rip up high? Another one I was looking was DOCS.

HIMS will open high. From previous earnings, it should run up to $13-14 within 10-15 days.

WISH has earnings tomorrow as well, might pop.

These are just short term plays for me. I got in with UPST and am a LT holder

My landlord and I renewed my lease a few months ago and they bumped up the rent slightly (stabilized).

They've continued to charge me my old rent, so I assume they just forgot to update the rent payment website with the new $ figure. Has anyone been in this scenario?

Wondering, at the end of the lease whether they'll just let it slide, or try back-charging me for all the "unpaid rent" I'm getting away with 🤔

I’m 30 & recently started a new job that pays $180k/yr. My first job paid $50k/yr so I haven’t built great habits and am looking for advice on how to best allocate my money.

Details of savings, cash flow, etc in comment but my main questions:
- Do I put more towards my student loans or mortgage?
- Do I open a brokerage account?
- Do I increase my cash savings for now?
- Do I do something else?

Serious advice please! Just turned 29M South Asian living in HCOL. Never moved out of parents home (was supposed to move out few years ago but alas, the pandemic). Economy is worse off now with high rent. I have two options:
1) move out and pay the high rent, not saving much in the end OR
2) stay at home & save money for a down payment (I’ve saved a ton but need a bit more). If I choose this option, I will solo travel every 2-3 months to new countries. All serious advice appreciated!

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. Series 7, Series 63, Life, CFP, ChFC, and soon to have my MBA with a focus in Mergers & Acquisitions. I’m look to enter another area of Finance at this point instead of starting over somewhere else from scratch, but not sure what direction to go. Interested in Investment Banking or M&A.

How would you explain in interviews that your work was the level of a specialist/director even though your job title was that of a coordinator? The other factor in this scenario is that I only have one year of experience yet was given responsibilities that trusted mentors I asked would deem as the work for 2-3 people. I am an young professional trying to understand how to navigate this field! Appreciate anyone's comments :)
