McK 🐠, do you have an equal chance of getting an offer for all US office locations? Or are some locations hiring more/less than others?

I applied few weeks ago to Moon Active’s QA bootcamp. Received a decline. I reapplied few weeks later while adding a personal note describing that I started taking few relevant Udemy courses. For my second application. And at the same time I messaged a link on LinkedIn and emailed a lead in HR department. But for my second time I didn’t receive any message. Was I marked by the company? Is it unacceptable to reapply for a job you’re dreaming about ? Is there anything to do now?

Is anyone willing to refer for Project, Program, or Product Management positions? I’m a leader on a Customer Success team in the SaaS space, but the workplace is becoming more toxic by the day and burnout is real.
