My director friend just got an offer to be rostered at a prod co he’s been working with for a while, but they are in a smaller market and the “agreement” is like 8 bullet points and feels very handshakey. My main concern is making sure he has transparency into what they are billing for him and making sure 100% of client billed director fees go to him, no scraping off the top.
