Different perspective based on my own experience. Took a pay cut from 160k to go to private at 120k ( 9am-5pm.) now. Much happier now than I’ve ever been in my last 5 years in consulting. Lost 25 pounds, have more time with my kids, wife, and friends. Money is important, but not everything guys.
