While sending an offer letter to another company, what all information shall I hide or show?

I'm interviewing with KKR for a Principal role in their real estate group. All online salary resources are all in alignment with a total comp of $200k+. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. Anyone have any direct knowledge or can speak to that group's comp?

Does anyone know if principals are in cubicles or doe they get an office?

I have a team member who historically under performs. He’s very receptive to feedback, and there’s usually a spark in his output and contributions every time I give it- but about a month later we’re back to where we started. Team members often complain about working with him. (Doesn’t follow thru, condescending tones w/ others).

Been with us for 9 months, Earlier this year gave verbal and email feedback, now we’re on a 30 day performance review/plan.

I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

My current location is Hyderabad. I worked in PBC for 7 years.

So, basically my choice is between location (convenience) and Money vs Brand and Better Work.

Currently working in Oracle PL/SQL with 5yoe 18 LPA salary, I switched after 4 years , I know reporting tools(BI publisher and tableau) and ETL (informatica and ODI) .
