I’m 28F, starting the elective egg freezing journey. How important are vitamins, açaí, fitness, etc to egg quality? I’m generally healthy but wouldn’t say I’m super active (only walk ~40m a day) or supplemented, and different REs/individuals seem to recommend different things. Just trying to 80/20 this…

My psychiatrist suggests I set up a 30 min appointment every time I need my ADHD medication refilled. I met with him the first couple of times but I feel its unnecessary given that I have been on the same dosage of Vyvanse for the last one year. I take medication on an as needed basis, so a 30 day supply lasts a couple of months.
Can doctors prescribe a years' prescription of these that I can refill every 30 or 60 days? Curious as to how it has worked for you.

I think I am about to be going through a divorce. My husband and I have been "in the thick of it" for almost a year and the last couple weeks have shown me that things are not getting better. I think I'm at the end of my rope. I was having concerns 3 yrs ago, but really was able to confront issues this year. We've been married for 6 years, together 9, and have a 2 year old. I'm 30 years old. My family isn't super supportive. I'm nervous, scared, worried, all the things.

Apple pencil 2 and a new iPad worth it? Stuck at home with this pandemic, pregnant now so can't go anywhere or do anything. Thinking of treating myself but concerned I won't use it much since my old iPad (2017) is barely getting used only for occasional recipes in the kitchen.
