I really need help from everyone here: I am a tax senior, and I have offer from both EY and MNP. I was at Deloitte earlier and I am not sure which to pick. Same package/benefits. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

Looking for some advice. Not a regulatory lawyer by training. Partner asked me to research an issue and determine (on a budget and on a time crunch) whether a particular regulation applied to our client’s niche industry. I, on that budget and time crunch, determined it did not. Couple of weeks go by, client is still working on the issue without me, and decide to put me in touch with opposing counsel who point out additional authorities and cites and convinces me it applies.
