Hi, I am new here and I needed some advice. I got an offer at Rockwell Automation for a Data Engineer position. The current offer is 95k, but I was hoping for more. I have 3+ experience as a business analyst and just got MS so I can pivot into Data. Extensively researching salaries, Data Engineers earn 120k+ Want advice if it’s a realistic ask to ask for the same range or how to go about asking for more money.
