I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? I hesitate to just throw out current salary + 20% bc I’d be asking for almost $190k for a SC role and I know that would be quite a huge ask for a SC @ B4, even for tech
