Did well in first and second interview. Third interview was behavioral questions which I had a gut feeling I didn’t do well on. Niche consultant position. Was executive in last role. Have sent enthusiastic thank you emails to all three. Would sending a more in-depth addendum email to 2nd and 3rd interviewers to better answer missed questions be over eager?

Why do I get an auto-decline from MBB? I usually get to the online/HireVue interviews for every other company (finance, consulting). I have a high GPA and a lot of research experience in popular fields (ML/DL). But for MBB I get a decline the next day. Is it because my undergrad is from abroad and non-target? I’m in the final rounds of my interview process for a NYC Hedge fund, non tech role. The recruiter mentioned the compensation package is bonus heavy which can be multiples of base salary. Though they will guarantee a full bonus (sign on + year end) for my first year. 300k target

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.

What type of questions should I ask the recruiter about the bonus payouts? Vesting?

The design team includes graphic, web, and digital designers (who are operating at 100% capacity for the next 4 weeks)
Solutions team that includes developers and tech specialists (who are at 80% capacity)
