Yes, then 3 years out of school I got an offer for a 55% raise. Had to leave
Not at all. Was reached out to on LinkedIn
I have been with ZS since I graduated undergrad 3ish years ago. I don’t have any intention of leaving.

Yep. I was unexpectedly laid off 3.5 years into what I'd planned to be at least 10+ years due to really shady fiscal shenanigans a VP had pulled (he was fired and something like 20 of us got laid off, if memory serves).
While I was unemployed, a Deloitte recruiter reached out to me and it's been an interesting 12+ years since.

Depends on what you value.
If you're focused on maximum compensation at each point in your career, yeah, it's most likely a bad idea, as your comp will generally become below market the longer you stay at the firm.
If you're focused on building deep expertise rather than broad but shallow expertise, then not at all. In my 15+ year career, the SMEs I work with are often the ones who've been there for a long time, and their expertise is truly valuable.
If you're focused on resume boosting, depending on what firm you're at, it could be a good thing or a bad thing. For example, if you're at a name brand firm with a good reputation, no problem having an extended stay there on your resume. On the other hand, if you're at a no-name firm or one with a bad reputation, having it on your resume is not really going to do you any favors.
Speaking for myself, I've worked at 6 companies over the last 16 years. I joined each one with the intention of staying 5+ years, but ended up leaving each for a more interesting and/or more lucrative opportunity. I've been in my current industry role for about 3 years and am looking for my next one now. Again, I plan to stay in the next one for 5+ years, pending a more exciting/interesting/lucrative opportunity.
been here for almost 7 years. wish the culture wasn’t so good 😭
Money will tempt you. And you will quickly realize you are a mercenary and you let the market pay you what you deserve.
Was promoted not too long ago and got a %25 pay bump - so I do feel valued
It’s been 9 years since undergrad and im still at the Firm. Culture is meh but the pay is too good to leave

Been at the Accenture for about 4 years now since graduating. Definitely feeling underpaid, but every year they gave me a moderate bump (just enough to keep me happy). I will see again how much they offer at the end of the year, especially since a promotion is not likely, and evaluate from there.
I'm assuming you're a C? What are you at now?
