With 22 yrs in the industry - how do I best position my never been a PM before? AND I feel I have been at the other end of the role’s dependencies - so I feel a PM role would bring all of my experience together. Hi - I’m a PM at a reasonably well known company. I don’t have an MBA and see lots of folks asking about needing that to get an interview at FB, G or A. I can confirm that an MBA isn’t a hard req as I’ve had recruiters reach out and offers to move forward to interviews before. I’ve never decided to actually move forward though as I don’t see the appeal. I really want to know, what’s the thing that excites you all about working at a massive FAANG type company?
