Looking for software role which companies have the easiest interview. I’m getting tired of walking into an interview and being asked 6 leetcode mediums for an entry level role.

Trying to leave advertising for tech. Made it through final rounds of the interviewing process and they called today to offer me a position two levels below what I interviewed for. They say I have a really strong foundation as a PM but they are worried about my tech skills and not ramping up fast enough. Trying to figure out the best way forward… thinking of either letting it go or trying to negotiate the next level up with probational consideration for the original level I interviewed at. 1/2

I think I’m truly completely drained of any inspiration or interest in my job and my industry. I know I could try a new place but the idea of being upbeat and positive during interviews makes me feel even more anxious and depressed. Not sure what to do and too afraid to quit without a plan.

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

Redid my resume , I have ranges of projects of the 3. Im in a 5yr program so I have fall22 & sum 23. I just need experience in my role.

If I only have 30 minutes for a technical interview for a PE ops role, am I expected to know how to build a 3 statement model? I would assume it’s filling in missing items and calculating out items like the cash flows, but wanted to see if others had any insight.
