Ok so in the Coronavirus bowl, someone from BCG said “I said what I said.” I’ve seen a number of phrases popularized (to my knowledge) by RHOA used quite liberally across the internets...

Throughout my on-going job search, I’ve learned that the recruiters or whoever is your point of contact with a company, owe you an explanation. It does take quite a bit of time to personalize each cover letter. I understand they have so many applications to go through but we deserve solid explanation as to why we weren’t “a good fit for their needs at the moment.” It just is t a good enough answer for me and seems as though the company/organization doesn’t care.

Any advice on how to handle this situation at work. The project I am on is behind schedule, but my part of the project is not. So, I have been asked to help my teammates up to speed. I’m almost done helping one. I’m just wondering, when it comes to performance review time would it help me get promoted?
