I am currently job searching. I have multiple job interviews within the next week for roles across the board. I’m trying for find my “forever home”, a company I feel passionate about, and a job that I will love and enjoy. It’s varies from marketing, medical billing, radio sales, and banking. In regards to Benefit packages. I was told in my first interview that benefits do not start until after 60 days of employment. My question is does a hiring manager have the ability to negotiate that? I would like to get my medical immediately.
