Whenever I stop working out and restart I do a mental “Day 1, Week 1, Month 1” to mentally pace out the difficult upward climb of getting back into shape. Each is a milestone I celebrate. By the end of Month 1, it’s typically much easier.

Maybe pull back a bit. You don't want to be so beat up that you dread doing it again. If you're just starting, it's okay to work your way up. Even if that means doing steady longer workouts to build up some minimal endurance first.
But you should definitely push yourself! It's only 15 mins because it's meant to be high intensity.
Can you visualize your favorite food while you’re working out? And also imagine like someone is taking that away from you 😬✌️
It works for me! 🤓
Hit workout it’s Hit so suppose to Hit you every time 😂 I won’t say it’s will get much easier but you’ll get used to it.
It gets better! But like others said make sure you’re not *too* exhausted to where you resent working out. You have to take it slowly and think about it as a long term commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Some days will be better than others regardless of your fitness level, but showing up for an “easy” workout is better than nothing at all!
HIIT workouts should make you feel like death- that’s how you know it worked!

HIIT is hard and stays hard because you can do things with more power and control as you get stronger. But that first day AHHHHHGHHH does go away — if you did the same workout for 7 days by the end of it you would really surprise yourself. Promise!

Good luck OP! You’ll be sore but stick with it! Starting w little week-long HIIT challenges was how I got started and my body is significantly transformed now

It gets better! I promise. Chloe Ting just started a new program today! I highly recommend it.
You got this! It definitely gets better. Like others have said though, if you feel burnt out or too exhausted one day, don’t hesitate to do an easier video, go on a walk, or whatever else feels good in that moment. It’s all about making movement a regular habit and sustainability
