Has anyone switched jobs recently due to return to office? I am looking for a fully remote position doing similar work as a loan document processor. If you have, was it worth it to switch companies all together? I am struggling with the RTO as someone who wasn’t thriving in my role until we were fully remote. Now that we’re back I can’t keep up, and my mental health has plummeted.

Just saw a job for a product designer that include incentive pay, phrased as “vacation and incentive pay” Any ideas? I’m not sure what it would be.

Anybody else have a seething hatred and resentment towards their boss? I originally really liked him. But after working 65+ a week for a full year, working on vacation, and holidays for assignments he insists he must have only for him to not review the work or pivot to an entirely different direction, i could blow up and go off on him at any moment. I’m hoping to find something that’s easy to assemble and break down for when I need to move, and something that won’t cost an arm and a leg.
