Very torn on leasing vs buying. Wife is frugal and wants to buy used SUV cuz we don’t rack up a ton of annual miles. I like flexibility of lease as I don’t want to deal with repairs and have 2 kids under four who will get vehicle messy + northeast winters. With budget around 30K if buy would prob go used Toyota Highlander Hybrid. If lease open to a lot of other options. Any advice?

Rent stab means this rate will hold with 1-3% annual increases (no risk of big rent jumps).
