I am a 32M and have been on several dates with a 23F. We vibe and chemistry is there but a hurdle that she’s been very open with is the difficulty of telling her parents about this (9 year age gap). Completely understand her situation — how do I approach and/or overcome this? What can I do? Anyone had this large of an age gap in their relationships before? Thanks in advance

I’ve been working for this company for 4 years. The raises I got were a few cents on the dollar per year. Over the years I have coworkers put their letter of resignation, and they get offered huge advances to stay. I was looking to do the same but very nervous. Does anyone have any suggestions?

People who work in banking, and especially in France, have you ever been badly treated by your colleagues with an attitude as if you’re not even worth a piece of sh** ?

I don’t know if it’s because people in the banks are like this or if it’s because french people are rude. But the way my colleagues behave (fortunately, just some of them, not all) would be considered extremely impolite and uneducated in Asia (where I’m from). Would love to hear some of your opinions about this!

It's always tough, but this year it has felt impossible to stay on top of grading. Sure, there are online quizzes the computer can grade for you, but that data is so limited. What about the steps they took to get that answer on the math problem? I need to see it to know what they missed... Between submission of blurry photos and going through the process of uploading, downloading, and squinting to see their work, it takes me 20x longer to grade work for my digital kids. #thestruggle

I’ve been teaching for 5 years and I feel burned out. The behaviors this year for kindergarten are worse than ever before and the admin expectations for students are high! I don’t enjoying teaching like I once did and my patience is waning.

This is my fourth year teaching, and suffice to say I am feeling a bit burnt out. I am looking for something with a better work/life balance. Does anyone know of jobs teachers can pivot towards? I have an engineering degree, but I feel like the only thing I'm qualified to do is teach.
