So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

Not weird at all
They do it all the time on cnbc
Not weird at all! There’s a high chance your interviewer will be doing the same
Not weird. Most ppl wear some sort of headphones particularly for the noise cancellation features.
Nope! I usually wear my wired headphones or AirPods cuz I dial in for better audio
Same. I would also wear headphones cause if my dog hears other voices on the speakers (in another room but small apartment) she will bark like crazy
I use AirPods for all of my calls. Sound quality is great and I think they look more discreet than a big headset. Nothing weird about it at all.
