Yes, and your post is a great example of it. Trying to position yourself as above it all, you post a screenshot of a headline that implies liberals are going NIMBY on homelessness. What a genuine person you must be, unlike these San Fran libtards! Had you posted the article, we could have read that this was a GoFundMe account - and a person couldn’t reasonably intuit any political leanings or socioeconomic class. We could also have seen that a counter GoFundMe campaign had also been started and has raised more money than the “wealthy resident” fund you describe via screenshot. But don’t let that get in the way of your authenticity.
Really well said. Conservatives love to pretend that ‘virtue signaling’ is only something that *other* people do. But of course, like a lot of conservatism, it’s just projection. Even using the term ‘virtue signaling’ signals that you’re part of the anti-liberal ingroup.
Side point...the lady in the screenshot looks like a terrible person given the headline. Even the photo needs context
