Hi All, Currently im working on cts having 1.8 years experience on etl production support. recently i have attended to one interview company name vodafone i have selected with 7 lpa in cts im getting 4.5. im confused to switch company or not im pretty new to the project in cts and i need to know this vodaphone they are mentioning like its vios(vodafone intelligent solutions). im not sure weather this is mnc or not. how was the job security. is it worthy to switch job. cts vs vodaphone?

Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?
