I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

If you are on TN then not eligible for GC process...
Reversely, if you have an approved i140 you are not eligible for TN...
M1, your TN will not be issued if i140 approved, there’s a declaration in the form
TN is not a duel intent visa and you cannot get an eb based gc off it. You would have to convert to an H1b or fulfill other eb criteria (eb5 investor etc.) to get an eb gc
This is not true. At all.
Except if you were born in India
TN=E3=non duel intent. These visas were created with Canada and Australia as part of a reciprocal agreement and are not eligible for eb based gc's
I would suggest TN visa holders to go through the below link. The reason I used the word 'dual intent' is that unlike an H1b, TN is not meant to directly assist with a gc application. Especially for Indians who have a long backlog in eb petitions, applying for a gc while on a TN (remember that country of birth matters not citizenship/PR so those Canadian citizens/PR holders born in India will be treated no different than the ones holding an Indian passport) may jeapardize chances of renewing the TN. It is your responsibility to ask questions from your lawyers. You're just another client for them.. Your lawful status in the US is your primary responsibility
