Visa question - I am currently on a Tier 2 visa. Got a new job where my application has been submitted and I’m waiting to provide my biometrics. I got PTO for the last 2 weeks at my current firm and planning to visit family in Europe. On my return day I will technically still be employed by my current employer. Will it be safe for me to travel or are there risks of not being able to re-enter the UK?

Hello! I am not happy with my current job position. I also just found out that we are pregnant and I feel stuck. My hope would be to move into a remote position but am afraid of the change as well as any annoyance about taking maternity leave from a new manager/ team. Has anyone ever changed jobs while pregnant? Was the team at your new job resentful that you had to take maternity leave so quickly after starting?
