So this may be weird idea but I used to meditate daily about 15 min and it has a life changing impact on me and lately I can barely get through 5 min few days a week -
I think I’m more anxious and unfocused. I’m wondering if anyone else wants an accountability partner to do this, 30 min a day commitment over video or in person. No way I’ll stop and walk away if I’m helping someone else build a new habit as well. If it matters-I’m male/ live in chelsea/ work at mck (not in consulting)
