I have joined Accenture as fresher at Level 11 in August 2021.
After 2-3 months I finally got a project in AWS IoT Domain.
So I am currently working in AWS serverless project where I made some AWS Architectures and implemented the entire flow using Python. I have also done AWS Developer Associate Certification.

It's been a year now. Still I feel like I have not learnt much. Can someone suggest how should I upskill myself?

What’s the etiquette to leaving? I just signed an offer elsewhere but I have like a month until my start date and I’m still on a project. Can I ask to be rolled off? When should I give my leave notice? And is there anything else I need to know before I leave?

How do you deal with a manager who always blame you for actions that the manager instructed me to do in the past? E.g. manager reviews client decks with you and instructs to just note a strict budget to report. After a week, manager rereads the same deck and blames me for not supporting the budget that was added per the manager’s request. We always have this situation, no matter how much I ask for clarity in any internal reviews. I even sent back the emails and slack chats as an attachment.

When designing a logo for a client how many options do you initially present them? Just one, and change based on feedback? Or a couple?

There is little to no structure or direction from senior leadership, no access to client data, little to no billable work. Worst of all, no project is related to what I have been hired to do.
