I am looking to learn more about the NPI program manager role at Apple. Specifically want to understand the following:
1. What's exactly the day to day beyond the fluff job post?
2. What skills will be considered critical to be successful in the role?
3. How is success defined in the role?
4. What does the career progression look like?
5. What background is considered desirable for this role? Can one get into this role without prior background in NPI?
Thanks in advance!
Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? TY!!
Just started working in-house within the last couple of months. First real attorney gig after doing compliance. The GC was terminated and I had to fill in the role as GC (even though that’s not what I’m called). My company says they don’t need a GC. Talked to my boss today and they want to hire another to take things off my plate since I am the only attorney. They plan to rewrite my job position to do more risk and compliance. Am I wrong for feeling like I should have been included in the convo?
Thoughts on the "fake it til you make it" mentality in career growth? Regarding a Front End Developer role.
I passed the HR screen, did an interview with who would be my) supervisor and the team lead, and am now doing a coding test.
I am familiar enough with the language (React) and pushing updates to Git in order to complete the test, but I'm afraid when I do a panel with the team to review my design, I'll end up making a fool of myself.
I've never been so excited yet so nervous for a role.

I just had an initial phone screen for a new Senior HR Generalist role, and the salary is $10k less than the low number I offered when he asked for my salary expectations. I’m at $85 with my current role, so I asked for $90-$95 for this role. However he told me the salary is $80. I’m really unhappy in my current job so I’m wondering how I can either negotiate for more salary (he said there may be wiggle room) or, explain that the $80 number he offered may be okay, depending on other benefits?

Is it weird to ask during an interview in house whether there is any time tracking?
Context: I’m leaving my current job because I absolutely despise billing and cannot get with the “record your hours” program. I have ADHD so jumping from project to project is important for me to keep my focus (it’s what works for me), and having to stop and bill messes up that chaotic rhythm I found. So I want to be 100% sure there will be no tracking my daily time in this new position.

Hi All, looking for your suggestions, please. I'm working in Australia as a TA Partner. In my current company, they offered a yearly hike of 4% for all employees who is in the particular slab amount. But I'm not happy with the rise because I'm supporting as a recruiting sys admin and involved in the project works along with my BAU. How should I approach for asking a pay raise? Is it a good time to ask as I got the 4% last week?
It's starting to get hard to show up to my job and give 110% when I know that I'm not being paid what I'm worth, and have to work extra hours at a side job to make ends meet. I'm about a month into a new role at the same company I've been with for 4 years. Out of the blue, someone I've worked with in the past contacted me about a role on his team...it pays about 60k more a year than I currently make.
Not technically a negotiation question, but I was wondering whether in the long term, it will look bad on my resume if I leave after just a couple of months in a role, or if it matters more how long I was at the company total.
