This job is miserable without travel.
EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

There could potentially be more layoffs due to poor performance.
During years such as Covid, it was great that the firm took a stance and kept everyone employed. In typical years, I’d prefer to fire the low performers and re-allocate that funding to the high performers

Of course. It’s all a money in vs. money out equation. Rather than fire people due to Covid the firm removed the bonus pot.
Investors don’t care where the money comes from as long as it’s there.
Same as Accenture.
