depends what you’re cooking. bacon or french fries are still bacon or french fries. just the slightly healthier version.
if you’re cooking vegetables in a ton of oil, no, that’s not healthy.
The air fryer isn’t anything. It depends what ingredients you put in it.
Air fryer is essentially a mini oven. Like others have said, doesn’t impact health, just matters what food you put in it
You are also not walking these days!!
I go to the gym lol
Just lean meats

The reason the air fryer can be healthier is because you can cook the same things with much less oil.
It's also more convenient too, so if this is causing you to eat more of less healthy food, that's isn't good. Even if the foods are healthier than they were when made by another method, that doesn't mean that they are healthy now or that they are healthy in larger volume.
Point in case, since quarantine, I replaced McDonald's fries with air fryer fries. At first this was a net health benefit because I was eating the fries no matter what, but now I was eating the healthier fries. But then after awhile, I started eating fries several times a week instead of 1-2 times a month... :/
It’s all calories.
