Thinking of moving to a bigger city and a much bigger firm. This would mean a much larger mortgage as well. Is this a terrible idea right now given interest rates and market volatility? Am I at risk for downsizing? I’m terrified to make this move but I’ve reached my potential at my current firm and I miss living in a big city.

What’s your best advice for staying awake /alert during 3+ hour calls, I’m struggling? I try to sip on ice water since I don’t drink coffee, but even though it works sometimes and I’ve never fallen asleep per se, you can tell I’m yawning more frequently and my eyes turn to slits once in awhile.
