Difference in culture is insane. I left my job this summer with money in my old companies FSA. I can be reimbursed only for expenses that were incurred while I was there. This was news to me. I have expenses now but not from earlier in the year because of the pandemic. Anyway - how bad would it be to just back date an invoice and submit for reimbursement? Seems like a crime with no victim.
