Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). I had a divorce mediation last week. The client wasn’t thrilled with the results (is anyone after mediation?) but we left with the two things she wanted: the house and her pension. She thanked me. My office sent the bill a few days later, and client wrote my boss a very long, angry email claiming I gave her incompetent representation. My boss backed me 100%, but I haven’t been practicing very long, so it really stung. Anyone have advice on dealing with self doubt in these situations?

I hate my boss and my job. My boss has scheduled our regular annual review meeting. Should I express my frustrations? If so, how? If not, should I just pretend everything is fine? I can't quit because I need the income. I don't think providing constructive feedback will change anything, the whole group is dysfunctional.
