Don't worry, OP, nothing wrong With being new. You got a sexy first company on your resume, I'd try to stay 2 years before looking if I were u...or very least 1.
It's been awhile, but with consulting I applied to 3 firms online and all called back. Everywhere else before that was hit or miss, not the highest rate. That's why monster is great, if u apply to one they immediately send u 10 more jobs jus like it, and u can apply to all 10 in one click. Nowadays Id be pickier and apply to companies that offered growth and what I was interested in
Seriously? Well that's how I've got this job. I always check job boards just to see what's out there, and apply directly to the company. Also, monster is a great resource to apply and have recruiters find you.
Just apply, recruiters hit me up all the time
Yes. That's true. I am planning to stay for a year. Just don't want to get stuck in consulting.
I am new. So not much Experience.

Also, make sure your skills match what's on the req
Apply where? Any tips - I've heard that direct online applications are not received well.

Sorry I meant, when you're ready, apply directly to the company.
A1, what was the success rate of getting calls back? I applied to a few and haven't heard back
