Expleo group is providing 13.5 LPA with Associate lead role and Wells Fargo is providing 13.5 LPA with senior role.

TCS offered me 9.6 LPA, But current I'm having offer for 14.5 if i ask them to renegotiate will they able to do it.
Some people are telling stories they may revoke the offer and they never hire you is that true I'm totally scared 😨

In my opinion tcs salary structure is bogus..i know its bit harsh word thats how it is. way too low basic pay and too many allowances which leads to less eof contribution and attracts more tax. Also ambiguity about performance pay as it depends on your unit performance.I have heard lot of mixed feedback saying at senior levels quarterly is never at 100%...only good part is they are giving quarterly variable so you dont have to wait till end of the year..i personally prefer fixed salary structure..but cant help :(
Fyi..for similar reasons i rejected tcs c4 level offer due to high variable component
Monthly performance pay is not paid only if you are in bench.
You will always get the monthly performance pay and 99% of the time you will get the quarterly pay as well…effectively your variable allowance is only the quarterly component(12.7%) which is normal

Can you tell your yoe, want to understand at what yoe u get C3b.
Usually you get C3B after 10 years if you have been tcs all in all through.. but after C3B the real game starts. Promotion from C3B to C4 is really a pain... Depends on various factors . ... Which is never ending ....

I think that will be one of the factor..but definitely there will be more such factors like unit performance, your performance etc..in offer letter also they mentioned something like this ..if its only dependent on utilisation they would have written that
