Hi my IBM sharks !
With reference to creating a tax saver FD for tax exemption under Section 80C for FY 2022-23, what is the last date by which we need to create the Tax Saver FD and upload it as investment proof on IBM Tax declarations portal?
I know that in December we need to upload the investment proofs, but do we need to get the Tax Saver FD created before that?

You don't need to crawl to walk. It's fine if she skips a step.
Having a low center table helps. Try to put her fav toy and motivate her to use the center table to stand and play. But you don't need to HELP teach anything. Babies learn on their own.
Thank you I've been so anxiety stricken that I'm doing something wrong!
I had one that never crawled as well. He just started pulling himself up and furniture surfing and then - bam - walked. The other was a crawling speed demon…. Both were completely fine developmentally.
Really appreciate your insight!!
Look up your state’s early intervention program and get on the list. They have programs to help kids through developmental challenges, including physical therapy. Doesn’t mean there’s anything “wrong” with the child, just services to help them develop! https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/actearly/parents/states.html
My first only ever half crawled. Kind of dragged one leg behind him but was an early walker. Spoke to my ped about it and she said its more common today to skip or crawl for only a short period due to encouraging back sleeping. Less time on tummy = leads to less crawling.
That makes so much sense actually! She doesn't sleep on her belly. She prefers her side and back

Some kids never crawl and it works out fine. But there is likely some reason she’s not crawling. Either tightness or weakness in some muscles that isn’t making it possible for her to get going. I would personally seek PT because it’s my opinion that crawling is important. You can also find some Peds PT accounts on instagram that will give you ideas of exercises/stretches etc you can try with her at home.
