Wanted to get feedback on what salary to target for a role…. Role is Sr. Director of strategy in industry. I was thinking $240k-$260k with 25% bonus target. Thoughts? Total 4.5 YOE with industry specific masters.

How do these PE interview processes actually work? Does each interviewer say yes/no? Do they give a rating? How do firms decide who to advance?
