Hi All, I have received an offer from LTI for senior specialist position. I had 2 offers in hand. And I negotiated with LTi with 22 fixed and 10% variable. I have close to 7 years experience. Can you pls help me with he overview of the organisation.. how is LTI for experienced hires ? How is work culture, yearly hikes ? Will they give 100% variable pay?

Is the 50-50 male-female hiring rule fair? In many offices the applicants are 80-20, thus women are 4 times more likely to make it. Isn’t this the definition of discrimination?

I have always found the strategy space super interesting and just got an offer from Forrester- a US research and consulting firm for a strategy consulting role based in Sydney, the rem is 50% higher then what I’m on now as well. Hey, I have been working in Tcs for 6 months as a fresher. They put me in a support role for their in in- house application. I am not liking my work at all. There is no work. They ask us to do courses on Fresco play but what's the point of learning if we aren't getting any chance of implementing our learning ? We were told that we will be getting released from project after 2 years. Should I quit tcs ?

In a process of interviewing for a technical accounting manager job. Hiring manager told me that the position won’t have staff oversight responsibilities. So I feel this is a glorified senior accountant job under a manager title. The raise is decent 20%. Growth opportunity seems to be ok, 2 SM above me, one manager who has more experience, and 2 accountants that the SM oversees. It is technical accounting, so probably doing special projects etc. Should I take the offer?
