Transitioning our 1-year-old to milk (from formula), and our doc has suggested NOT to use a bottle. What kind of sippy cup do you use for milk?

We’ve only done water in sippy cups so far, so we’ve generally let him take them with him around the house or leave them out on the table. Thinking we need something distinct for milk so everyone knows it needs to be drunk quickly and cleaned immediately. I’m not a milk drinker myself, so I’m a little weirded out by the possibility of rancid milk.

Has anyone on here gone from ad agency into PR? Are there creative opportunities there? For context, i’ve been at big agencies for my whole career. Love the work but tired of the long hours and the award chasing. Are there PR agencies known for their creative?

My agency has very good creatives and very mediocre creative directors. The creative directors are more like caretakers on brands, so the best creatives choose not to take the title and just get raises, and keep brief freedom/flexibility. They are often valued/paid as much if not more than the CDs. I’ve never seen this before in an agency. Has anyone else?
